JIIDCO invites international buyers to Ranchi from 15 to 17 December 2026 as its guests.
What selected buyers receive

A return economy-class air ticket between your home country and Ranchi, booked and issued by the organiser. One ticket per company. Tickets booked by buyers themselves cannot be reimbursed.

A personal schedule of one-to-one meetings with matched sellers

Meals and official dinners during the event
Who can apply

Importers, buying houses, distributors, retailers, sourcing agents and manufacturers based outside India

One representative per company, who should be a decision-maker in purchasing or sourcing
How it works

Submit the application for your sector by 31 October 2026.

Applications are reviewed by JIIDCO, and selected buyers are informed by email by 10 November 2026. Places are limited and selection is at the discretion of JIIDCO.

Selected buyers are asked for passport details, which are needed to issue the air ticket and the official invitation letter. The invitation letter can be used for the visa application.
